1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TranleaX ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TranleaX is a real-time voice translation and transcription platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TranleaX provides the following real-time voice processing services:

• Speech-to-Text (STT): Real-time transcription of spoken audio into text
• One-Way Translation (OWT): Transcription with automatic translation from any detected language to a target language
• Two-Way Translation (TWT): Bidirectional translation between two speakers in different languages

Services are accessible through our web-based Console at tranleax.com.

3. User Accounts

To access full features, you must create an account via Google Sign-In or email registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. Credit System & Subscriptions

TranleaX operates on a credit-based system:

Credit Types

• STT Credits: Used for Speech-to-Text transcription (measured in minutes)
• OWT Credits: Used for One-Way Translation (measured in minutes)
• TWT Credits: Used for Two-Way Translation (measured in minutes)

Subscription Tiers

• Free Trial: Limited credits for evaluation purposes
• Basic, Pro, Team: Monthly credit allocations based on tier
• Credit Top-ups: One-time purchases for additional credits

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Lemon Squeezy
• Credits reset at the beginning of each billing period
• Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan
• Top-up credits do not expire and are added to your existing balance

5. Demo/Trial Access

We offer limited demo access to unregistered users. Demo sessions are time-limited, rate-limited by IP address, and intended for evaluation purposes only. Demo usage does not create an account or store any data permanently.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TranleaX to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Process audio containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Record or transcribe conversations without proper consent from all parties

7. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all audio you submit and transcriptions generated from your audio. You grant us a limited license to process your audio solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The TranleaX platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Service Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in transcription and translation, results may contain errors. TranleaX should not be used as the sole source for critical applications requiring 100% accuracy (e.g., legal proceedings, medical documentation). Always verify important transcriptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TranleaX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or transcription errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to remaining credits until the period ends
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for requests
• Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once credits are added

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of TranleaX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
